Packy Hyland, CEO
Packy Hyland has more than twenty years of experience in electronic information management, workflow, process reengineering, and computer systems design. Packy was the founder and former CEO of Hyland Software, Inc., developers of OnBase. Packy is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), a three-time member of the Inc. 500 list, and a recipient of the distinguished Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2001. Packy has a proven track record of building quality software solutions in a customer focused, work hard / play hard environment that attracts and retains intelligent, motivated individuals. Jay Volk, President
Jay oversees all operations and delivery as well as day to day management of the company. In addition he seeks to establish Workflow.com products in new vertical markets. Jay enjoys introducing new customers to the potential of Workflow.com solutions. Before joining Workflow.com, Jay counseled businesses for more than 10 years as a tax attorney. He is a graduate of Duke Law School and has a master's degree in tax law from New York University.
Nina Calabrese, VP Sales
Nina has 12 years combined experience in direct sales, public relations, marketing, and business management. Since joining Workflow.com in 2005, she has managed sales operations and worked to build partnerships throughout the healthcare and information technology industries. Nina holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business and Spanish from Duquesne University.
Alex Guba, Chief Technology Officer
Alex has been with Workflow.com since it began operations in 2002. Alex leads our team of amazingly talented, highly motivated software engineers and works closely with customers to ensure that Workflow.com products are continually improved and meet the ever expanding needs of our customers. Alex is a Microsoft Certified Application Developer (MCAD) and holds a degree in Business Administration with an Information Systems concentration from John Carroll University.
Frank Zidar, VP Practice Management Solutions
Frank has more than 15 years experience in information technology, including 10 years as a consultant in the Cleveland area where he designed and developed software systems. Since joining Workflow.com in 2007, he has managed the development and support of workflowPM, our practice management solution. Frank holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Bowling Green State University.
John Donofrio, Implementation Manager
John works directly with our customers to coordinate training, configuration, and implementation. He also supports customers both on and off site, well after successfully going live. Prior to joining Workflow.com in 2006, John performed project management, solution design, and end user training for Limited Brands. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical and computer engineering from The Ohio State University.
Maria Weybrecht, Marketing Manager
Maria directs all marketing and public relations efforts for Workflow.com. Maria graduated as valedictorian and summa cum laude with a bachelor's degree in Journalism and Promotional Communication from Cleveland State University, and holds a master's degree in Business Administration. She is also Workflow.com's resident pilot and founded the non-profit organization Kids in Flight™ in 2003.
