Packy Hyland, CEO
Packy Hyland has more than twenty years of experience in electronic information management, workflow, process reengineering, and computer systems design. Packy was the founder and former CEO of Hyland Software, Inc., developers of OnBase. Packy is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), a three-time member of the Inc. 500 list, and a recipient of the distinguished Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2001. Packy has a proven track record of building quality software solutions in a customer focused, work hard / play hard environment that attracts and retains intelligent, motivated individuals. Jay Volk, President and COO
Jay oversees all operations and delivery as well as day to day management of the company. In addition he seeks to establish Workflow.com products in new vertical markets. Jay enjoys introducing new customers to the potential of Workflow.com solutions. Before joining Workflow.com, Jay counseled businesses for more than 10 years as a tax attorney. He is a graduate of Duke Law School and has a master's degree in tax law from New York University.
Alex Guba, Chief Technology Officer
Alex has been with Workflow.com since it began operations in 2002. Alex leads our team of amazingly talented, highly motivated software engineers and works closely with customers to ensure that Workflow.com products are continually improved and meet the ever expanding needs of our customers. Alex is a Microsoft Certified Application Developer (MCAD) and holds a degree in Business Administration with an Information Systems concentration from John Carroll University.
Karen Wisnor, VP Customer Support
Karen graduated from Cleveland State University with a BA in Psychology and has been doling out customer love the Workflow.com way since 2003. Karen manages Workflow.com's experienced, dedicated support team and ensures that each customer receives the best possible Workflow.com experience. She also performs many installations herself and enjoys the hands on training with providers and staff alike. Afterwards, she provides 24/7/365 support.
Garett Fortune, VP Sales and Marketing
Garett has more than seventeen years of experience in information technology and is responsible for managing and building Workflow.com's professional sales team, reseller channel, and strategic relationships with global partners. Prior to joining Workflow.com, Garett was a Global Alliance Executive with Quest Software. Garett also served in the US Army Special Forces as a communications expert.
Laura Keck, VP Finance
Laura oversees finance and accounting functions at Workflow.com. Beginning her career with an international public accounting firm, Laura specialized in providing business and tax consulting for privately held businesses. Laura also worked for a health care consulting firm as an advisor to hospitals and medical group practices. Laura attended Bowling Green State University where she graduated with summa cum laude honors and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Luke Fowler, Chief Information Officer
Luke has more than twelve years of information technology experience, eight of which are in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining the Workflow.com team, he held various technical and management positions at the Cleveland Clinic, a world renowned healthcare system. Luke holds a master's degree in Business Administration from Baldwin-Wallace College and served four years in the United States Marine Corps.
Laurie Manti, Human Resources Manager
Laurie is responsible for all facets of HR administration which includes recruitment and retention, benefits administration, regulatory compliance, payroll, policy administration, and employee relations. Laurie holds a bachelor's degree from Kent State University and a master's degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources from Cleveland State University. Kit Sullivan, Implementation Manager
Kit has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, including 10 years as a practice administrator, giving her an in-depth understanding of our customers' processes and needs. As Workflow.com's implementation manager, Kit works directly with customers to coordinate training, configuration, and, of course, implementation. She also supports customers both on- and off-site, well after successfully going live.
Maria Weybrecht, Marketing Manager
Maria directs all marketing and public relations efforts for Workflow.com. Maria graduated as valedictorian and summa cum laude with a bachelor's degree in Journalism and Promotional Communication from Cleveland State University, and holds a master's degree in Business Administration. She is also Workflow.com's resident pilot and founded the non-profit organization Kids in Flight™ in 2003.
