Providers and hospitals who want to adopt electronic health records are in luck! More than $20 billion in incentives for EHR adoption was included in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA), signed by President Obama on February 17, 2009. Through the Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement systems, these incentives will promote widespread implementation and use of EHR technologies within hospitals, physician practices, community health organizations, and public health settings. Workflow.com would like to congratulate four of our customers who were named Best Docs in Cleveland by their peers. The list was excerpted from The Best Doctors in America 2008 database, which includes approximately 40,000 doctors in more than 40 medical specialties. The Best Doctors survey asks physicians: “If you or a loved one needed a doctor in your specialty, to whom would you refer them?” The responses form the basis of the Best Doctors’ global database. Workflow.com extends congratulations on a job well done to the Radford Highlanders men’s basketball team, winners of the Big South regular season and conference tournament championship. Radford finished the season with a record of 21-11 after winning 17 of their last 19 games. The Big South conference tournament title means that Radford will be playing in the NCAA tournament. The Radford University athletic training department utilizes Workflow.com solutions to track injuries and physical therapy, and to generate reports for each of the university’s sports.
