  • Supply a complete, fully functional, stand-alone version of Workflow.com® software for demonstration and training purposes (Partner to supply the necessary hardware - including one or more tablet PCs).
  • Assign an Account Manager to supply product information and pricing, conduct sales training sessions, attend joint sales calls and trade shows, present at seminars and product demonstrations, assist the preparation of quotes and proposals, and cooperate in planning joint marketing initiatives.
  • Provide comprehensive technical support from Workflow.com Customer Support for certified Workflow.com Installation Specialists; including 24/7 telephone support, remote diagnostic capability, and fee-based installation services.
  • Provide comprehensive, fee-based technical training classes on all aspects of Workflow.com software for Partner sales and technical personnel, as well as for end-user system administrators.
  • Offer Marketing Development Funds, allocated at the discretion of Workflow.com, for joint marketing efforts to targeted customers.
  • Supply qualified end-user lead generation through national advertising, trade show exhibition, and direct marketing.
  • Prepare customizable product literature, case studies, mailers, and promotional items - available in both electronic version or in print at subsidized prices.
  • Access to Team Workflow.com (https://team.workflow.com) - a password-protected website exclusively for Team Workflow Partners.

Your Commitment to Workflow.com and Our Mutual Customers

For All Workflow.com Partners

  • Dedicate a formal organizational team to sell and support document management and imaging technologies, including the Workflow.com Electronic Health Record (EHR) solution.
  • Maintain a Workflow.com demonstration system, including all hardware and software necessary to effectively show prospective customers the full capabilities of the system.
  • Utilize an outside sales force in a face-to-face selling environment directly with end-users.
  • Market Workflow.com products to end-users only located in the United States, unless otherwise contractually agreed upon with Workflow.com.
  • Conduct a thorough needs analysis for every prospective customer before recommending a Workflow.com solution.
  • Apply sufficient organizational focus and resources to ensure significant annual software sales of Workflow.com.
  • Ensure that the customer understands Workflow.com's warranty and the procedure for receiving support from both the Reseller and Workflow.com.
  • Cooperate with Workflow.com to ensure that any end-user problems or issues are promptly and fully resolved.
  • Maintain sufficient customer information to enable contact in instances of product updates and/or maintenance.
  • Fully support all Workflow.com product guarantees.

For Full Service and OEM Partners Only

  • Provide end-user customer service and support, and serve as the first line of communication with our mutual customers.
  • Qualify as an Authorized Workflow.com Support Center by employing at least one Certified Workflow.com Installer.
  • Confirm the required installation environment exists prior to installation of the system.
  • Provide sufficient training for the customer's system administrators and users.
