We believe it is important for you to consider your total investment when making the move to an EHR. Our goal is to deliver quality software that is priced fairly as well as accessible to all providers.
Software License
The main "up front" software license for your new hosted solution is a one-time fee priced per provider. A reduced license fee is charged for secondary providers such as PAs and NPs.
Professional Services
Pre-installation and planning services are billed at a flat rate based on the size of the practice. This service normally includes an in-person site assessment as well as telephone consultation and web-based training prior to implementation.
On-site implementation services are billed per day and include travel and related expenses.

Application Hosting and Management
There are four options for Application Hosting and Management, as follows:
- Web Hosted - Server hardware owned by Workflow.com resides in Workflow.com datacenters. This is best for groups with doctors in multiple locations. Requires reliable internet connectivity.
- Virtually Hosted - Workflow.com offers "Virtual Local Hosting" for customers with one or two providers per location. This provides lower total cost of ownership and optimal performance where internet connectivity options are limited.
- Locally Hosted - Server hardware owned by Workflow.com resides at your main location. This cost effective solution is best for multiple providers working primarily out of one location.
- Self Hosted - The Customer supplies and manages server hardware, required software, and backups. This option is best for larger group practices.
Software Maintenance and Support
Software Maintenance and Support includes upgrades to the software modules licensed, as well as telephone technical support. This is an annual fee equal to 20% of the "up front" Software License fees.
Workfow.com provides live telephone technical support 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and 365 days a year for the entire term of the agreement.
Hardware and Wireless Network
We will work with your preferred hardware provider (or recommend one for you) to ensure that your new or existing hardware and network infrastructure meets our minimum requirements for optimal performance.
The typical hardware investment for an EHR will include tablet PCs, wireless network, document scanners, printers, and other miscellaneous equipment.
